Next Day Delivery available for all products (Mon-Fri, excludes weekends)
Delivery and returns by Pethical is based on the type of product and the amount that is ordered.
All goods will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class up to 2kg then by courier as standard, unless express delivery is chosen in which case your goods will be shipped by courier.
We require to receive an order by 12:30pm to process it for express delivery.
Local Pickup
People local to our business at Unit 330, South Shields Business Works, Henry Robson Way, South Shields NE33 1RF can arrange to collect products directly from our warehouse.
Our warehouse is open 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday – simply place your order online and choose FREE collection at the checkout, then pop along to our warehouse during opening hours and collect.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your order.

Returns Policy
Please contact Pethical if you wish to discuss any replacement or return of any goods.
If the goods are damaged you must notify us within 5 working days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
If goods are no longer wanted they should be returned to Pethical within 30 days of purchase, undamaged and using the original method of delivery.
The customer must pay to return the goods.
